I'm not sure wether to say time is flying by or creeping along. I'm starting to get a little nervous for EVERYTHING that will change here in just about a month or so. I have these crazy thoughts and dreams about being a mom and having the HUGE responsiblility of taking care of this little person. I guess that is normal though. All I know is I am enjoying every minute of this pregnancy. I have felt wonderful and love feeling my little girl kick and wiggle around. She's usually pretty busy and some of the moves shes able to manage in such cramped quaters really makes me chuckle. I think she's having a dance party in there.

Well, I will start off with what has happened in the last month. We have completed our registry, Yay!!! Now I just can't look at it until after my baby shower. I have been sworn to not "cheat" hehehe. Soooooo tempting though. I cannot wait until the shower, just a little more than 2 weeks to go. I am so excited to see some of my friends and family that will be there. Especially my best friend whom I haven't seen in over 2 years!!!! Thanks for flying out here Madison I cannot wait!
We have also started our classes. We've taken our birthing class, which wasn't really all new to us considering Spencer is an EMT, training to be a Paramedica and doing premed schooling. I on the other hand have no medical training, but have been obsessed with reading every book I can get my hands on. It was still a fun, nice day and we got to hear some of the hospital policies which
are new to us. I also got to go on the hospital tour with my mom. Spencer would of had school, but instead stayed home with a tummy bug. The hospital is VERY nice and highly ranked in the country for women's and children's health. They also seem very supportive to the type of birth Spencer and I would like to have :) Yay!!!
All of our doctor's appointments have been going very well. Measuring where I should and the heartbeat has been great. He sent me to have another ultrasound at 31 weeks and everything checked out just perfect! We also were able to confirm that we are indeed having a girl. I had been having very realistic dreams that I gave birth and they told me it was a boy. That wouldn't be a bad thing except that I would have all girl clothes. bahahaha. I have another doctor's appointment tomorrow, but should just be another routine check up. In another two weeks the appointments will get a little more serious as far as checking to see if I'm getting ready to go into labor!!! Ahhhhhh!!!! I cannot believe its happening!!!

| Just being silly. A pregnant girl has to have her food :) |
So the rest of May will be incredibly busy. We will have 2 more doctor's appointments this month and finish our classes (3 more to go). We will have our baby shower at the end of the month. Plus once I have the shower I will have to wash clothing, blankets, etc. and put everything together to get ready for our little Lila Jeanne. Another big event is a week from this Saturday, with the help of my amazing sisters, we are going to do our maternity photos! I am so stinkin excited it's ridiculous!!! It will be so fun! I also have to finish nesting, which I have had the strong urge to do, but have put it off with Spencer's crazy schedule. He has finals this week and has to finish his paramedic stuff next week so he can do his skills testing also at the end of the month. Such a busy boy!!! I have to say how proud of him I am. He has had such a busy sememster, but has some how managed to get all A's and one B, do an internship, work on his paramedic license, and work full time. We are both happy this semester is almost over we might actually get to see each other again ;) We also have birthdays this month and Grace is graduating High School. Wait, did I just say that?!?! My sweet little sister is old enough to graduate high school? It's a good thing though and just in time to be Lila's nanny :) yay!
I guess that is everything going on with the Scotts, now we just wait a little longer. I will post another blog after the shower with lots of pictures. We can't wait to meet you Lila!
